the gate is under assault. every hurled firewood reinforces the wall by a little less than the last. when the wall finally breaks, the defender who hurled the final log takes 60% of the pot, the rest comes back to everyone who held the line.

whoever throws the last firewood before the timer hits zero wins the larger half of the pot. one wallet, one transaction, the bell rings, the gate closes.

to every defender, pro-rata

pooled back to every wallet that threw firewood during the round, weighted by total $SIEGE contributed. the early defenders are not zero-sum. the system is not a pure pyramid.

how the time-add decays

the timer would last forever if every throw added the same number of seconds. it does not. each throw adds less than the last, so the round always ends.

honest risk

this is a game with real loss. most defenders in any given round end the round with less $SIEGE than they came in with. the 40% pooled return is divided across every defender pro-rata, so unless you contribute meaningfully you get back a small fraction.

the 60% prize goes to one wallet. the math means most of the pot routes to one person each round, and that person is by definition the wallet that throws firewood closest to the buzzer.

do not enter a round with more $SIEGE than you are prepared to lose. the timer is short, the decisions are fast, and the decay curve makes late-round actions expensive.
